Method

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a 8-inch round cake tin and set it aside.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
5. Beat in the vanilla extract, yogurt, and oil until combined.
6. Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is combined.
7. Pour the cake batter into the prepared cake tin, spread it evenly, and tap it on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
9. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
